1828 50C Square 2, Small 8 AU 50 NGC. O-115, R.2. An original, olive-gray representative, the surfaces also reveal isolated areas of charcoal toning that are most noticeable on the obverse around the date and stars 8 through 13. The impression is well centered and bold, and the surfaces do not reveal any singularly mentionable distractions.
