1828 50C Square Base 2, Small 8, Large Letters MS62 NGC. O-115, R.2. This early die state representative has a perfect obverse die and only traces of the reverse cracks. Heather and gray-gold toning at the centers changes to blue, green, and light gold near the borders on this eye appealing half dollar.
