1829 Capped Bust Half Dollar, MS65
Beautiful Gem Overton-105
1829 50C Small Letters, O-105, R.1, MS65 NGC. This is the
early die state of the 1829 O-105 die marriage, before lapping of
the reverse die removes portions of the arrow shafts on O-105a.
Beautiful eye appeal on this magnificent Gem, which has golden-gray
toning with iridescent blue at the peripheries on the obverse,
while the reverse has silver centers that transition to russet and
blue hues. Fully struck with well formed design elements
throughout. Frosty and vibrant luster radiates from the exceptional
