Semi-Prooflike Surfaces

1829/7 50C MS63 NGC. O-101a, R.1. The base of an underdigit is plain within the loop of the 9. This is a moderately prooflike example with reflective fields and only minimal abrasions. Cream-gray and autumn-brown on the fields and motifs cede to deeper navy-blue and plum-red at the margins. The strike is even save for minor incompleteness on the uppermost stars and the denomination.(Registry values: N2998)
