Description

1831 50C MS63 PCGS. Ex: Meyer Collection. O-103, R.1, identified by light recutting on the stand of the 5 in the denomination. Also, the usually seen fine die crack is visible at the base of the date. A medley of cobalt-blue, orange-gold, and lavender patina graces the obverse, while the reverse is nearly color free. Lustrous surfaces are well struck and minimally marked.(Registry values: N1793)
