1832 50C Small Letters MS64 PCGS. CAC. O-103, R.1. A die lump is noticeable on Liberty's drapery fold between 18 and the clasp, and recutting shows on the upright of the 5 in the denomination. Bluish-purple toning at the peripheries frames the golden-gray centers. This is a well preserved and nicely struck near-Gem. Population for the issue: 83 in 64, 14 finer (1/10).(Registry values: N2998)
