Description
1834 50C Large Date, Large Letters AU58 NGC. O-103, R.3. The 1 in the date is significantly higher than the 8, and the tip of the eagle's left tail feather crosses the olive branch. Splendid satiny luster shimmers beneath the light to medium gray toning. All of the stars are sharply defined, and the only areas of weakness are minor, with several hair curls, part of the eagle's left (facing) wing, and the IBU in PLURIBUS soft.
