Eliasberg's Gem O-101 1834 Half Dollar
1834 50C Large Date, Large Letters MS65 NGC. Ex: Eliasberg. O-101, R.1. This lustrous piece is luxuriously toned in lavender, fire-red, and aquamarine shades. The strike is bold aside from the centers of the first four stars. A hair-thin mark crosses the nose, but marks are otherwise absent. Within the (8/07) NGC Census for O-101, the present is the single finest graded, and its closest competitors are four grades back at MS61.Ex: Louis E.
