1836 50C Lettered Edge AU58 PCGS. O-117, R.3. The 1 in the date is low compared to the 8 and tilts to the right. This late-state Lettered Edge half shows pleasing gold and gray-blue patina over each side. Pleasingly detailed with minor friction on the highpoints and a degree of spotting above Liberty's cap.(Registry values: N491)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24G2, PCGS# 6169, GSID# 6213)
