Rich Multicolor Toning
1815 25C B-1, R.1, AU58 PCGS Secure. Tompkins Die State 4/2.
Dappled walnut-brown, light gray, and rose toning encompasses
satiny and sharply struck surfaces. The curls and claws show a hint
of wear, but a pass beneath a lens fails to reveal any relevant
marks. 1815 was a low-mintage year at the Mint, with only quarters,
