Description
Charming 1815 Quarter, B-1, MS62
1815 25C MS62 NGC. B-1, R.1. A wide date helps identify the obverse, while the reverse has a number of repunched letters that are diagnostic. Both sides show light clash marks. Wafts of hazel patina accent the mostly silver-gray surfaces. A few small patches of verdigris are noted on the reverse. The strike is sharp save for minor softness on Liberty's hair, and there are no marks worthy of specific mention. Captivating satiny luster enhances the eye appeal.(Registry values: P3)Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 5321, GSID# 5061)
