Description
Toned 1818 Bust Quarter in Gem Brilliant Uncirculated
1818 25C MS 65 NGC. B-3, R.1. This originally toned Gem concludes our splendid offering of high grade 1818 Capped Bust quarters. Rich antique-copper toning blankets both sides with tinges of golden-blue and orange-russet colors intermingled throughout. The strike is suitably sharp over most features, and the surfaces do not reveal any abrasions that would call into question the assigned grade. A coin for the Gem quality type collector who appreciates originality.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23RH, PCGS# 5322, GSID# 5062)
