Small 9, Browning-3
1819 25C Small 9 MS63+ PCGS. B-3, R.1. Honey-gold toning
fills the borders of this laudable and lustrous Capped Bust
quarter. The strike is bold, even on the claws, curls, and star
centers. Evaluation beneath a loupe cannot locate any noticeable
marks, and the eye appeal is imposing. B-3 is the most familiar of
the four 1819 varieties, but better Mint State pieces are highly
