Description
1820 25C Large 0, B-1, R.4, XF40 NGC. The two 1820 Large 0 varieties, B-1 and B-2, share the same obverse die. But B-1 is much scarcer than its B-2, and is distinguished at a glance by its T-I alignment (the second T in STATES is directly above the I in PLURIBUS). This cream-gray, ocean-blue, and lavender Capped Bust quarter is smooth aside from a faint scuff above the final two date digits.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23RL, Variety PCGS# 38960, Base PCGS# 5329, Greysheet# 212705)
