Album-Toned Peripheries
1820 25C Medium 0, B-3, R.3, MS63 PCGS. Large Wide 0, or
Medium 0, depending on the reference. B-3 is about in the middle of
availability for the five 1820 die pairings, scarcer than B-2 and

is Condition Census quality for the variety, and strong for the
grade. The strike is sharp and even, and soft luster glows amid the
fields. Delightfully original surfaces yield deep russet and olive
peripheral colors with lighter champagne-gold in the centers.
