1820 25C Small 0, B-5, R.5 -- Cleaned -- NGC Details. XF. Tompkins Die State 2/1. A rare late die state with a rim cud between stars 3 and 4. Faint hairlines are apparent beneath the deep walnut-brown and apple-green toning, but marks are confined to a rim nick near star 13, and the eagle's wings are well defined. The strike shows softness on Liberty's curls and the eagle's neck.Auction Info
