Conditionally Scarce 1821 Quarter, B-4, MS64
1821 25C MS64 NGC. B-4, R.3. A trifle weak on most of the obverse stars, and on the eagle's right (facing) talons, with shimmering, soft luster across olive-silver surfaces. A pair of faint grease streaks are noted on the right side of the reverse, but they are not obvious or distracting. Surface marks are minimal and nearly nonexistent.
