25 Over 50C Reverse
1822 25C 25 Over 50C, B-2, R.5, AG3 PCGS. One of two die
marriages, the B-2, with 25 recut over 50, is the scarcer variety.
Medium gray fields highlight lighter motifs. The reverse design
elements are better defined; all of the letters in LIBERTY except L
are strong. The surfaces are quite clean for a coin that has seen
heavy circulation.Ex: Dallas Signature (Heritage, 11/2007), lot 533.
