1822 25C MS62 NGC. B-1, R.2 The Normal Dies 1822 quarter is struck from perfect dies as are all examples of the die combination. The surfaces are reflective with minor marks hidden beneath the deep steel and lighter iridescent toning. Four or five proofs are known, alongside a small quantity of Mint State pieces.
