1824/2 25C B-1, R.3, AU58 NGC. Rich cobalt-blue and apple-green toning blankets this briefly circulated better date Bust quarter. The borders exhibit luster, and the strike is sharp except on the claws. The fields exhibit only incidental contact. The sole 1824-dated marriage, and an underappreciated scarcity overshadowed by the rare 1823 and 1827 dates.
