Colorful MS63 1828 Quarter, B-1

1828 25C MS63 NGC. B-1, R.1. A die crack above both scroll ends identifies the Browning variety. The reverse die was also used to coin the extremely rare B-1 1827 quarter. Sea-green, powder-blue, and almond-gold enrich this satiny and minimally abraded Capped Bust quarter. The strike is bold except on the LU in PLURIBUS. Census: 10 in 63, 20 finer (3/13).(Registry values: P3)
