1832 Capped Bust Quarter, B-2, MS63
1832 25C B-2, R.2, MS63 NGC. The 1832 Capped Bust quarter is
seldom encountered in high grade. This attractive Select specimen
exhibits well-detailed design elements with the reverse slightly
sharper than the obverse. The surfaces are lightly marked and the
original mint luster is somewhat subdued by shades of lavender,
gray, cerulean-blue, and greenish-gold toning. Census: 9 in 63, 20
finer (3/16).Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23RX, Variety PCGS# 38988, Base PCGS# 5351, GSID# 212962)
