1834 25C MS64 PCGS. B-1, R.1. This is a so-called "one glance" variety as a single glance at the reverse will confirm the attribution. This is the only variety that is missing the period after the letter C in the denomination. A sharply struck Choice Mint State piece, this example has deep gray-gold color with attractive iridescent toning over partially reflective surfaces.(Registry values: P1)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23RZ, PCGS# 5353, Greysheet# 5088)
