Description
1834 MS 61. B-1, R.1, the only reverse of this year with stripes on the reverse having two lines each. Despite some light surface marks, this piece has some definite prooflike tendencies and a pleasing, original appearance. Both sides are lightly toned in a combination of sea-green, blue, and rose pastels. Softly struck on the obverse denticles and rims, but sharp everywhere else.
