Smooth and Lustrous
1835 25C B-2, R.2, MS64 PCGS. Tompkins Die State "4"/2,
clashed from the shield below Liberty's ear. Light cream-gray and
almond-gold toning visits this lustrous and precisely struck
near-Gem. Traces of struck-in grease are noted on the lower
reverse, but both sides are exceptionally free from marks.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23S2, Variety PCGS# 38998, Base PCGS# 5354, GSID# 212971)
