1821 25C B-4, R.3, XF45 PCGS. Tompkins Die State 1/2, with a crack through the E in UNITED. The heavy clash marks diagnostic of later die states have not yet formed. This Choice XF B-4 quarter displays strong detail and smooth, satiny surfaces.
