Ang Duong Tical CS 1208 (1847) AU Details (Cleaned) NGC, KM37, Daniel-80. Thin flan variety. A brilliant large denomination issued during the year Siam and Vietnam signed the peace treaty allowing Cambodia to gain independence in 1848. The Hamsa bird (obverse) and façade of the Palace of Angkor (reverse) are portrayed in high relief, drawing the eye as light hits the enchanting detail of these dove-gray devices.
