Issued under the reign of King Norodom I, the first monarch of modern Cambodia and a pivotal figure in the country's transition to French protectorate status. While faint wisps in the fields account for the grade assigned, the present specimen is crisply struck, showcasing sharp definition across the central devices and legends.
