1938 1 Dollar SPECIMEN 67 PCGS. Ex: Norweb Collection. Mottled blue and lilac toning with golden highlights. Until this coin surfaced in the Norweb Collection, it was thought that even so much as a Gem example did not exist. Undoubtedly, one of the finer pieces known. One of the key issues in the entire Specimen Dollar series. Only nine pieces total have been certified by PCGS, and none finer than Specimen 67.Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 32434, Greysheet# 16954)
