Description
Newfoundland, 1904-H 50 Cent MS 65 PCGS. MS65 ICCS. Superb reddish-gold toning with nicely defined features. The finest Mint State example certified by PCGS, although there are 5 super coins from the Heaton hoard that have traditionally been called Specimen. Some of the more knowledgeable Canadian numismatists believe these coins to be superior Mint State examples and feel that at some point the world will recognize that as well. For now, this is the best Mint State example certified. This is also the only coin of this type certified MS65 by PCGS.Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 33256, Greysheet# 26330)
