    Edward VII gold Specimen Sovereign 1908-C SP62 PCGS, Ottawa mint, KM14, Fr-1. Mintage: 636. Engraved by George William De Saulles. Widely accepted as a ceremonial issue produced to commemorate the opening of the Ottawa mint, this low-mintage, Specimen-only Canadian Sovereign issue is offered here with pleasing grapefruit tone over citrus orange highlights, and relatively sparse evidence of handling. Scarce and desirable in any condition.
