Description

1938 Five-Piece Proof Set PR64 to PR66 PCGS. The coins are housed in separate PCGS holders with consecutive serial numbers. The set includes: Cent PR64 Red and Brown, mostly cherry-red with peripheral blue-green, a couple of small spots; Nickel PR66, CAC, pristine and fully struck with milky straw-gold toning; Dime PR66, an intricate strike, flashy, freckles of russet-gray toning; Quarter PR65, CAC, an undisturbed Gem with light tan and gray patina; and a Half Dollar PR65, sharply struck, golden-brown, pearl-gray, and jade-green toning, a few tan spots near the sun.
