Description
Five-Piece 1941 Proof Set PR65 to PR67 NGC. Individually encapsulated in holders bearing certification numbers from the same submission. The set includes:Cent PR65 Red and Brown. Lemon-gold centers cede to orange-red margins.
Nickel PR66. Brilliant save for light ice-blue toning on the portrait. The strike is full and carbon is minimal.
Dime PR67. A razor-sharp Superb Gem, mostly brilliant except for a russet freckle near the D in UNITED.
Quarter PR66. Sharply struck and lightly toned with exceptional preservation.
Half dollar PR67. Splendid honey-gold, rose-red, and lime-green peripheral patina. The designer's monogram is faint but perceptible.
