    Description

1937 Five-Piece Proof Set, PR64-66 NGC. All five coins are NGC-certified and have sequential certificate numbers. Included are:

Cent PR64 Red and Brown. The obverse is bright yellow-red, while the reverse is deep cherry-red and slightly mellowed.

Nickel PR65. Bright surfaces and deeply mirrored fields with a thin layer of toning over each side and a few flyspecks of carbon scattered about.

Dime PR66. Streaks of golden-rose toning are deeper on the reverse. Nicely mirrored fields.

Quarter PR66. Like the dime, the surfaces display streaks of golden-rose color. A planchet flake is also noted above the eagle's right (facing) wing.

Half Dollar PR66. Significant multicolor iridescence covers each side. When angled just so under a light the mirrors in the fields jump to life.
