Six-Piece 1942 Proof Set PR64 to PR66 NGC. Both nickel types are included. Separately housed in holders with consecutive serial numbers. The set contains: 1942 cent PR64 Red, an orange-gold near-Gem with a few specks beneath the stem of the right wheat ear; 1942 Type One nickel PR66, razor-sharp and immaculate; 1942-P Type Two PR65, brilliant and exemplary; 1942 dime PR65, untoned and coruscating, a lovely Gem; 1942 quarter PR66, a pristine white beauty; and a 1942 half dollar PR65, stone-white and exquisite with moderate but undesignated contrast.Auction Info
