Description

Hsuan-t'ung Dollar Year 3 (1911) MS65+ PCGS, KM-Y31, L&M-37, Kann-227, no dot after "DOLLAR," but with extra flame. Fully struck, with a slight golden haze. The surfaces have few noticeable marks and the overall appearance is exceptional for this final-year issue of the Empire. Production was stopped after the Wuchang Uprising and did not begin again until the third year of the Republic. One of the nicer examples of this type that we have seen.
