People's Republic gold Proof Scalloped "Year of the Dog" 10000 Yuan (Kilo) 2006 PR68 Ultra Cameo NGC, Shenyang mint, KM-Unl., CC-1495, Cheng-pg. 347, 4. Mintage: 15. Lunar series. Another astounding, large-format, gold lunar issues, here commemorating the "Year of the Dog." Of similar stylistic composition to prior dates of this denomination, the obverse exhibiting a bronze dog with a reverse inspired by the mogu-style paintings of Liu Kuiling, whose works depicting animals would become some of China's most sought-after issues. Here on display is another such work, immortalized on a monumental gold flan, and only the second of this size to come to market in the last fifteen years, with only three other lesser graded PR67s among NGC's population. As such we anticipate an elevated demand for the Chinese lunar connoisseur. Edge stamped with "No. 011" and accompanied by COA #0011.

瀋陽造幣廠。發行量﹕15枚。生肖系列。此幣屬三款震撼人心的首輪巨型生肖金幣中的最後一款，是為紀念狗年而發行。其極簡的構圖設計與先前年份的款式相似，正面刻有青銅犬型帶鉤，而背面的設計則參考自畫家劉奎齡的没骨風格，其動物畫在今天成了中國最受青睞的畫作之一，幣上的圖案深具其風，在碩大無比的金坯上永垂不朽。此為在過往十五年中出現在拍賣市場的僅第二例，在NGC數量報告中則可見有另外三例。敝司預計中國生肖幣收藏家對此幣需求甚殷。幣邊編號011，並附有原裝證書（編號0011）。
