Republic Li Yuan-hung Dollar ND (1912) MS64 PCGS, Wuchang mint, KM-Y321, L&M-45, Kann-639. Type without hat. Totally exceptional quality for this classic portrait type we rarely witness in straight-grade designations and certainly not outside of lower Mint State quality. The flan exhibits active luster, confirming its higher quality, only to be enhanced further by a dappled, dove-grey and teal patination. Truly lovely in-hand, a perfect acquisition for those looking to upgrade this type in their collection.
