Republic Yuan Shih-kai "Plumed Hat" Dollar ND (1914) MS62 NGC, Tientsin mint, KM-Y322, L&M-858, Kann-642, WS-0094. Commemorating the Founding of the Republic and showcasing a regal portrait of first president Yuan Shih-kai. Ample resounding mint flash and champagne auras abound this near-Choice representative, the reverse facing up especially fine with a concentration of pleasing tone to the silky peripheries. While the obverse likely precludes the piece from finer designations via pervasive handling wisps, the reverse endures especially nice for the assignment.
