    Description

    1863 I. Allen & Son, Schoolcraft, MI, F-900A-3a, R.8, MS64 Red and Brown NGC. Located 160 miles west of Detroit, Schoolcraft was situated on the Kalamazoo and Three Rivers stage road in Kalamazoo county. Isaac Allen and his son, Henry, were hardware merchants in the village. This is a well struck and unmarked token with ample fire-red luster, particularly near the margins. The portrait and open fields are deep brown. Struck from lightly rusted dies.
