Description
1834 $5 Crosslet 4 AU50 NGC. The Crosslet 4 is the key issue in the Classic Half Eagle series, and it is conditionally elusive as well as being an absolute rarity. A bit weakly defined over Liberty's hair curls, the surfaces are generally free from abrasions and the green-gold surfaces display deep coppery-reddish patina around the devices.
