1834 $5 Plain 4 AU55 NGC. Second Head, Small Plain 4, Breen-6502, McCloskey 2-B, R.3. Sharply defined around the peripheries with the usual softness in the centers. The surfaces are unquestionably original and each side shows a significant overlay of reddish patina. A great AU type coin.From The Garden State Collection. (#8171)
