1835 $5 MS63 NGC. First Head, Breen-6504, McCloskey 1-A, R.2. Well struck and pleasing with good luster and superior eye appeal. The reverse has three brief lintmarks, one of which (below the eagle's head) resembles the letter Q. Struck from clashed dies. Census: 14 in 63, 16 finer (4/09).(Registry values: P1)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25RV, PCGS# 8173, GSID# 8862)
