1838 $5 AU55 NGC. Large Arrows, Small 5, Breen-6514, McCloskey 1-A, R.2. The D in the denomination has its vertical bar to the left of the terminus of the olive stem. A briefly circulated and well-defined example, yellow-gold with a touch of green. Light, scattered abrasions appear across the still-lustrous surfaces.(Registry values: P1)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25S4, PCGS# 8176, GSID# 8868)
