1838 $5 AU55 NGC. Breen-6515, Small Arrows, Large 5, McCloskey 2-B, R.2. A bright final year type coin with ample remaining luster and well defined motifs. Quite clean for the grade aside from a minor rim ding on the reverse at 6 o'clock, a tick on the chin, and a faint pinscratch near the third star.(Registry values: P1)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25S4, PCGS# 8176, GSID# 8868)
