1838 $5 MS63 PCGS. Small Arrows, Large 5, Breen-6515, McCloskey 2-B, R.2. Dazzling satiny luster radiates beneath the fully original yellow-gold patina that envelops both sides. This boldly struck representative has just a few minuscule marks that do not distract from the above-average eye appeal. The 1838 is scarce at this lofty level and rare any finer.
