Description
1838-D XF 40 Rim Filed, Brushed. The filing on the rim is of minor consideration and, in fact, might not be noticed if not mentioned. The brushing is limited to the upper reverse. Of greater consideration to us are several cosmetically tragic abrasions on the face of Liberty and in the obverse fields. This piece may well bring more than one might think given the minimal nature of the problems disclaimed above.
