1834 $2 1/2 Classic MS 63 NGC. An immensely popular quarter eagle from the first year of William Kneass's Classic design, this coin has the eye appeal of a near-Gem grade. The color is a deep, original, green-gold shade, and the fields reveal pleasing reflectivity at most angles. Both sides are well struck with few readily evident abrasions.From the David & Jeannie Cheung Collection.
