1834 $2 1/2 Classic MS60 NGC. Breen's Small Head variety, the most plentiful of four die varieties for this issue. Although "only" MS60, this example has a sharp strike with above average central details on both sides. The surfaces are attractive green-gold with reflective fields. A lovely type coin to represent the new Classic Head design introduced in the summer of 1834.(Registry values: P1)
