    1834 $2 1/2 MS62+ NGC. CAC. Breen-6138, Variety 1, R.1. Small Head. The 1834 is one of the more plentiful Classic Head quarter eagles, ideal for type purposes. This CAC-approved, Plus-graded Mint State coin displays remarkably well-struck design elements with prooflike fields and rich straw-gold color. There are no distracting abrasions. Only some light lines in the fields prevent a finer numeric grade.(Registry values: P1)
